Program Information
We offer three residential facilities with three unique treatment paths:
- Empress House for Dual Diagnosis
- Canyons House for Girl’s Trauma & Anxiety
- Magnolia House for Mental Health
Our teen mental health treatment programs run between 45-90 days, depending on physician recommendations, progress in treatment, and insurance approval (our average approved length of stay is 42 days). We accept PPO, POS, and in-network HMO plans, including:

- Anthem Blue Cross
- ComPsych
- Health Net
- MHN
In addition to clinically-driven residential treatment programs, our teens also benefit from our education support program, family therapy sessions, and aftercare planning. We even run an alumni program for parents and teens to continue the teen’s progress and education after treatment.

Ascend does have several rule-outs that may prevent us from working with some adolescents, including:
