Outpatient Mental Health Treatment Center for Teens

Ascend’s teen outpatient mental health treatment center in Culver City currently provides partial hospitalization program (PHP) treatment and services to clients of all genders between the ages 12-17. PHP is a comprehensive, therapeutic day program for clients needing to continue care following residential treatment. We also recommend these outpatient mental health services for adolescents who need more support than intensive outpatient (IOP) or individual therapy. Our outpatient programs offer non-residential, first and last step clinical programming for clients living at home or in a transitional living environment.

Inpatient Treatment at Ascend

Ascend is what is considered a short-term behavioral health residential facility, where the majority of our clients successfully transition home or to longer-term settings after 45-90 days with us. Because our teen treatment programs are incredibly small, our team can provide tailored treatment to each client and family based on their individual needs.

How Outpatient Treatment Works

Using a trauma-informed, relationally-based clinical program model, we offer individual, family, and group therapies, including:

Our team consists of doctoral and master’s level therapists, a psychiatrist, a case manager, and an educator that work in tandem to personalize each client’s treatment plan.
