PHP for Teens in Santa Monica

At Ascend, we offer a Culver City-based PHP and outpatient facility for teens between the ages of 12-17. This program provides comprehensive day services for clients of all genders who need continuing care after residential treatment. Our adolescent partial hospitalization program in Culver City is also appropriate for teens who need more support than an IOP or individual therapy regimen. In our program, teens enjoy non-residential clinical programming while living in a transitional environment or when returning home.

Treatment at Ascend

Most of our programs are considered short-term residential facilities for behavioral health. The majority of our clients will transition to a longer-term care setting or head back home after 45-90 in one of our houses. However, our adolescent partial hospitalization program in Culver City is designed to provide the same customized care in an outpatient setting.

We limit the number of clients we take on to ensure our team can provide personalized, tailored care for each client and their family.
