As an educator working with students within multiple districts, he has focused on the process of successfully transitioning students from the most restrictive non-public settings back into the general education public setting. Aaron is experienced with the Individual Educational Plan process, having effectively produced, instructed, and case-managed IEPs for a variety of eligibilities, including Emotional Disturbance, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Vision Impairment, and Specific Learning Disability.
