Programs We Offer at Ascend Healthcare

Ascend Healthcare offers 13 specialized inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs for adolescents ages 12–17 across Southern California and, with the addition of Ascend Boulders, Colorado’s Front Range. Programs include 9 residential treatment homes in Encino, Santa Clarita, Tarzana, and the Denver area, 3 in-person outpatient (PHP/IOP) locations in Pasadena, Agoura Hills, and Culver City, and one Virtual IOP available statewide in California. Ascend Healthcare, LLC is licensed by the State of California and accredited by The Joint Commission. Each program is diagnostic-specific, built around a minimum of 5–6 hours of weekly family programming, and delivered by licensed clinicians using evidence-based, holistic, and experiential therapies.
